To enter yourself or nominate a DJ for the DJ of the Month Award simply follow these instructions.

Go to the Streamer's Website

Click on the DJ of the Month tab
Click on the "Submit" tab
You will be required to log in or register an account (for security and ethical reasons).
After you log in or your account is created you will automatically be taken back to the submit form.
Complete the form and click "Save Contestant.
That's it. Don't forget to get those votes. All you need to do is give your friends the DJ of the Month Link (http://streamers.qualitydjstreaming.com/dj-of-the-month/), and click "VOTE" on your listing. Remember to tell them in advance that they will need to log in or register to be able to vote. Remind them that this requirement is to keep the voting above board.
