The usual cause of this would be an incorrect IP address or URL for your streaming server, SAM Broadcaster cannot locate the streaming host with the information provided.

Confirm the IP address or URL provided by your streaming service.

Try using our web address, qualitydjstreaming.com instead of the IP address. Often, this resolves the problem

The error codes reported by the encoders are forwarded general Windows Socket errors, which makes it easy to search the internet for them:

According to the above website and some others, error 11001 hints at a problem with resolving the entered hostname using DNS.
This could either mean you have a typo in your connection details or your DNS server is having problems. Try opening a command prompt and then enter the following command:
Code:
ping <hostname>

Replace <hostname> with the address of your stream server (if that's similar to streamserver2345.streamhost.net:8008 you have to leave the colon and anything that follows away).

If that runs for a while and you see multiple lines reporting different, but similar times the connection is fine and it's probably a problem affecting only SAM.

If the result of that command is just a single line reporting that ping could not find the host, you either have a tyo in the hostname or your DNS is broken.
In that case, you could try switching away from your router/the default DNS by your ISP and use the DNS server of google or some other 3rd party instead. (We have these kinds of problems all the time with the router in our company's office and switching all the computers to use 8.8.8.8 as the primary DNS usually helps)
