Support Ticket

Using the support ticket system requires the user to create an account and log in.
From the "Account" Tab on the top menu select register
After filling out the sign up form you must verify your email address to enter user area.
Support tickets are responded by urgency and in the order they are received. Response times are typically answered within a 24-hour period.

Domains

To order a domain name, transfer your domain, you will find all this under the domain menue tab.

If you are set up in our system "paying with rays" some products may not be visible in the product / services area.
