How do I cancel my service?
Before canceling your services, we would hope that you will contact us or submit a support ticket to resolve any issues.
- Login to your account
- Click on the “services” icon or Your Active Products/Services Click “View All”
- Click on the “active button” beside the service/product you want to cancel
- Click “Request Cancellation button”
- Login to your PayPal account and cancel the reoccurring payment to us. Canceling your service with us DOES NOT automatically cancel your PayPal reoccurring payments. This has to be done by YOU in your PayPal account. See our Terms of Use for information concerning cancelation.
