The AAC+ encoder is free, however, the MP3 encoder requires a licensing fee to make use of it on a public server. Unfortutantely, these licenses are no longer avaiable at WinAMP/AOL. The bright side is that you can purchase your license through us for a one time fee of $6.99. ** Please note that this license only covers you while you are with our services.**
