I canceled my services, however I was charged anyway.

In most cases the payment is set up to reoccur each month through PayPal.  Cancelling your service with us, does not cancel the reoccuring Paypal transaction. The user must login to their PayPal account and cancel this transaction there. In the event user fails to do so, Quality DJ Streaming will refund the first transaction fee but will not be responsible thereafter.
