Yes! As of Centova version 3, a widget for your website is included which allows your website visitors to request songs.
You have the option to enable automatic queuing of the requests such that song requests submitted by users are automatically compared against your media library and queued for playback via the autoDJ.
If this feature is enabled, a best-effort attempt is made to match the artist name and song title provided by the user against a track in your media library. This does, however, largely rely upon the user to use correct spelling.
You can also configure your request widget to only email you if a request is unknown, or in other words if the song being requested cannot be found in your library.
These optons are all found under the "Widgets" tab in your Centova control panel (if you're on a server using Centova 3).
